I am very impressed. As a retired individual who gave seminars on how a service company should handle their customers I would have used this letter as an example in my four day presentation. This is a far cry from the jerk at Spruced Up Services in Littlestown who came and cut down my trees and promised to come back on September 1st to dig up the stumps and roots. I called him four times asking when he was going to return and he never returned my calls. I am impressed with your company and I have got my fingers crossed you quote is within my budget.

The guys went right to work and did a super job. The tree was old and heavy for one man to drag. They deserve a raise for having to work under those conditions. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Bartlett highly to any one who wants work done. I am super pleased and I have had my share of trimmers in the past fifty years, still looking to hire again, have to wait till I strike it rich.
