The crew was great, cared a lot about our tree, and were easy to talk to about the work and any decisions that needed to be made. Great knowledge of the trees, and answered our concerns about how to manage them, giving information on how to care for them. The work was done carefully and efficiently. Care was taken not to damage shrubs or fencing below where the large limbs were being cut. Since it was holiday time, I asked if we might have some of the greens from the fir trees, and the crew set bunches aside for me. In addition, I asked for the wood to be stored to use in our fireplace, and it was all cut and set aside for me. Great Job.

Taylor Duke and his team have done quite a bit of work in our garden the past two years. We have had tree removal, all trees trimmed, air spading, and Boost NK Liquid treatments. Taylor and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They take the time to listen to my concerns and give me helpful advise. Even after trimming all the trees, They leave the property looking just as tidy as it did before they arrived, with the exception that our trees sparkle after professional trimming. My trees are very important to me, ask anyone, iI love our trees. I have complete trust with Taylor and his team caring for our trees. Bartlett is always my answer when asked for an arborist referral, why look elsewhere when you have got the best.

My first experience with the staff was so encouraging, as I immediately spoke to a real person who listened to what I wanted and set up an appointment with Taylor, the Arborist Representative, as soon as they were available. He arrived at the designated time, listened carefully to what I wanted done. He then sent me an estimate which I agreed to and set a date for the work to be done. The team of Arborists arrived at the agreed upon date and time trimmed my trees and bushes beautifully and left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I was totally happy.

As a female homeowner getting estimates on jobs often, unfortunately, leads to being told what needs to be done without explanations such as the benefits of certain services and reasons why. He was not here just to sell me on whatever he could talk me into but answered my questions and how I can keep my trees in the best shape. Good expertise and service. Gave advice for work that I did not hire Bartlett to do, which was very helpful. Minor hiccup with them forgetting to do one small task, but within a day or so they came back to finish up with no problems. The price quote for tree pruning was a bit high, but maybe due to higher expertise compared to other businesses.

Taylor Duke always responds quickly. He had a crew out as soon as possible to clean-up large broken branches after the snow storm and even took away a large limb that fell from a neighbors tree.
