Bartlett's staff, from my initial visit and tree assessment with Joel, to the guys who came out to do the job, were professional, prompt, and friendly, The Dogwood in my front yard was handled with care, trimmed perfectly, and when they left, there was never any indication that they had even been there. They had cleaned up every branch and twig from my yard. If anyone is looking to have their trees spruced up for a very reasonable price, I highly recommend Bartlett.

Patrick Quin explained how the crew would use their equipment to cut a dead Elm Tree while making sure that other surrounding trees would not be harmed. He said that the job would probably take one and a half days. I was surprised that it only took one day and the job area was clean.

Scott inspects my property yearly to let me know what needs to be done to keep my trees and shrubs healthy. I typically follow his advice if the service fees seem reasonable. I typically don't see anyone do the work on my property since it is done while I am at work. I know someone has been here from the form left on my front door knob and the warning label in the yard that work has been performed and chemicals have been applied.
