We are relatively new to using Bartlett Tree Service, only two years so far. But, so far, we are quite happy with this partnership in caring for our trees. Our current representative, Dylan Belcher, is very responsive to our questions. Sometimes answers are a bit delayed, but we know he will get them to us. The crew members have also been terrific, hardworking, and pleasant. One man (Oscar, was especially good he was in charge of cabling a large River Birch to prevent possible wind damage to the house. He did a great job and was clearly both knowledgable about, and appreciative of trees. All in all, we feel we are in good hands and look forward to our continued association.

Mr. Christopher Larkin was great to work with doing this pandemic. I had to reschedule my appointment twice and he was very understanding and graciously rescheduled each time. As for the crew they arrived on time and they discussed with me what they were going to do with the trees. After the trees were cut down and trimmed all of the excess was shredded and excess was racked and drive way cleaned. Great company to work with and I will be using the service again to continue the trimming of my other trees in my side yard before winter.

I was impressed with the entire operation, from start to finish. Chris explained to me what was recommended. The staff all introduced themselves before starting.
