This is our first experience with Bartlett Tree Service. We are fully satisfied that we have engaged the right firm to help us work to ensure the health of our large, forty year old Maple tree in our back yard. Joel was the first Bartlett person to come to our home. We appreciated his willingness to address our many questions throughout our garden areas and, particularly, to describe for us his proposed program to help our tree thrive. The next person to come was the Bartlett tech who injected fertilizer into the entire area defined by the drip line, other than that area covered by pavers forming our patio. It became clear immediately why the Bartlett treatment could not practically be done by a home owner. The third presence by Bartlett was the pruning crew led by Roberto. Roberto was able to explain to us exactly what he and his crew would do and he took into consideration our preferences at each turn. As Roberto said, his objective was to do the pruning in such a way that the tree benefited and that we could not see any negative consequence of the choice of cuts. We were most impressed by the knowledge and capability of each Bartlett employee to communicate well with us.

Service seems fairly expensive otherwise I am comfortable with the level of service and the results.

The work was very difficult, involving tree access from the neighbor's driveway. The men handled this work seamlessly and efficiently. I would not be surprised if they use Bartlett for any tree work they might have in the future.
