Zeke is my representative. I have been very impressed with his knowledge, his personable nature, and responsiveness to our requests and plant issues. He coordinates his crew and follows up on every stage of the transaction. He maintains contact with me, and that makes it easy for me to reach out when I do have an issue that needs addressing. Other crew members that I encountered were also excellent representatives of Bartlett and the type of customer care they put into their services. All were very friendly, prompt, and did exceptional work. I wish I could remember the crew leader overseeing the removal of a giant Arborvitae that was planted close to the home and close to a gas line run. He and the crew went above and beyond to remove the shrub and as much of the stump they could do so safely and such that we could easily replant in the area. The job was completed so well, that area looked as if nothing had been growing in that space, and that is important since the timing of the removal to replanting was several months apart. Zeke and the Bartlett crew have proven they can provide reliable excellent tree and shrub services. They advised based on your needs and not based on what they can sell you . That promotes trust for the customer and that is what will have this customer returning for future services and recommending Bartlett to my friends. I was also glad to place my tree and shrub needs in a company that employed its workers directly. I was very frustrated by other companies I chose to hire that said their crew worked for them for years only to find those other companies brought in non-English-speaking crew members that you can not communicate with and that worked like they were picked up at the local hardware parking lot how can an American company employ people for years that still cannot speak English. Thankfully, this has not been my experience with Bartlett. This customer has given Bartlett permission to use submitted comments on bartlett.com.

They provided excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Although it took a bit of effort to finally connect to my local representative, not due to his efforts. Zeke was very responsive. He was prompt, personable, listened to my needs, provided information on Bartlett services that would meet my needs. Shared information that would help educate me on the care of my trees and shrubs, and identified issues I did not know were present, leaf miners in my shrubs. Zeke was very upfront about what Bartlett could and could not manage. I never felt as if I was being sold unnecessary services. Staff that came to treat my trees and shrubs as well as remove the giant Arborvitae were very friendly, courteous, and efficient. There was concern regarding the removal of the Arborvitae being planted so close to where we discovered our gas line ran. The guys on the job were understandably cautious and yet still managed to remove most of the stump. They left the area in my front garden bed looking as if nothing was ever planted, let alone removed. We were amazed.

We have had several bad, awful experiences with other tree experts before we found Bartlett They were amazing. Great experience with scheduling, the assessment, estimate, and the work. Zeke looked at the trees we wanted taken down - a huge Spruce and medium size Holly and Mulberry tree and advised us about the health of the trees, the cost for removal, what would be included, and what to expect. The team was professional, respectful, and experienced. They arrived on time and worked together to get the work done. The huge Spruce was in front of our house angling to the power lines and they dropped the tree perfectly. It was amazing to watch. They did a great job filling in the stump holes, cut the Spruce to our specifications, and moved the 10' logs to the back of our yard. Highly recommend this company and team.
