My first contact was a "cold call" to Bernadette Moyer who was very helpful and searched her schedule to arrange a prompt site visit at my house with Dave Miller. Dave arrived right on time for our appointment and was obviously very knowledgeable about the scale problem we are having on our Magnolia and made other tree care recommendations which we accepted. Keith arrived to treat the scale and Mark came the same day with his two man crew to do the added tree work. They were very professional and efficient in completing their work and also had the courtesy to explain the work they were doing. Mark had some good suggestions for additional work which I will be getting back to you folks to schedule later in the Summer. in summary, we are very satisfied customers who will gladly recommend Bartlett to others.
