Bart went the extra mile to schedule when it suited me and made an honest evaluation of the potential outcome. This particular service treating Hornbeam trees was straightforward but presented a potential hazard to nearby vegetation. Keith explained what he needed to do to minimize the hazard. Could not have been nicer. For this type of service, Bartlett is among the most expensive companies in the area. So why use them, Responsiveness, Honesty, Knowledge, and professional execution.

Everyone I spoke with before, during, and after the job was great. Q2, Was the job site left neat and clean. I answered no as that is true for now. The ground became Very soft and muddy as the day grew warmer and the ground thawed even walking became a bit difficult, so moving the logs with the small Bobcat would have done great damage to the yard. The crew expressed the concerns to me, and plan to return once the ground dries and freezes again to deal with the rest of the clean up at that time. We definitely appreciated the care expressed with the job at hand, as I feel sure others would not have paid attention to the circumstances. I would have proceeded to clear the site despite causing serious harm to the surface in order to finish the task on that day ... rather than plan to return later and finish the task whenever Mother Nature turns the yard dry and hard enough to do so without tearing it up.
