What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? Nothing. Your company, your service, and your representatives were top notch from start to finish. The foreman, climber, and operator was Martin. The grounds person was Chris. The representative I dealt with throughout was Victor Montano Quintanilla. All I can say is what a team you have assembled. They were prompt, efficient, concerned, and extremely professional. The service provided is second to none.

We saw three techs who came on two visits. Mike and Melky trimmed two trees and did exactly what we wanted. They explained what they were doing along the way, They accommodated our request to leave some wood for use in our fireplace. The cleanup was especially first rate, not just for our property but for anything that fell on our neighbors. Victor came three days later to administer the systemic treatment. What I especially liked was we had to leave before he was done; he rolled up the hose, he needed some water, and left it neatly inside the garage.

Kevin took excellent care of us with regard to our property. He was professional and knowledgeable. The crew was amazing and left the property neat and tidy. Kevin will be back out the end of September to plant a Maple to replace a tree that was removed.
