I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism both from the Bartlett representative, the staff on the phone, the confirmation of the appointment via email, and with the two crew members who did the job. As always, when there is a job to be done pertaining to the house or property, I call around for quotes. From my tree project, I met with the representatives from a few other companies. Not only were their prices higher, but their interaction with myself as a prospective client was not respectful, nor I felt was their attitude toward the trees. It seemed to me that they regarded them as objects that needed to be removed, not as living beings. I am happy that I found Bartlett and would not hesitate to work with them again.
