Very pleased with with the services provided by Bartlett. The crew that came out did an excellent job. They were very professional. The tree was removed and all debris was cleaned up in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the end results. From receiving our estimate, to electronically returning our signed contract for service, to receiving our date of service as well as speaking to the receptionist in the office we had a very positive experience. We will definitely use Bartlett in the future for any services we may need. We will also recommend them very highly to anyone that is looking for tree services. Your folks were terrific from answering my initial call, to Tyler Jones coming to my property later that afternoon, and having a crew there the following day to remove the tree. I am not sure how it could get much better. I applaud your customer care from start to finish. Tyler visited my property Friday afternoon and walked me through the removal plan, respecting other features of the surrounding space as he explained how Saturday’s removal would be done. He and two crew members removed the tree and cleared the debris in three hours. They showed real teamwork through out the removal process. It was truly impressive. Bartlett is our tree removal service from this point forward. Tyler and his teammates worked hard to make this aspect of our insurance claim a success. They enabled our insurer to get an adjuster out the following week. Our thanks go out to Tyler and his team.
