What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? Really nothing. Team arrived when they said they would. Reviewed the job before the work was started and trees were pruned as agreed. All trimmed materials were cleaned up and disposed of. Crew notified me when they were leaving. The whole Bartlett team is very professional and easy to work with. I am truly happy for the service Tyler Jones provides. He addresses the questions I have, provides clear, and understandable guidance, and answers my call in a timely fashion.

Snow left clean up difficult to complete task. All heavy branches were cleared but since snow melted many twigs left on ground were exposed which need to be cleared . I called service and they plan to return and complete task. The staff were very courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable and most pleased with how efficient and quickly the service was arranged. Tyler, the arborist, was very helpful to identified our needs to maintain a healthy landscape. The only thing that could possibly be better would be if the services were provided at no charge or perhaps Bartlett paid me for the privilege of cutting down my trees but that is probably not a good business model. Tyler and the crew were approachable, professional, and explained what they were doing and why. Service was outstanding and would highly recommend. I had some larger limbs from a tree fall in the backyard. Bartlett had service representatives on site within one hour of my initial call. Crew was on site the next day to remove the hazard and a few other trees and limbs that needed to come down immediately. Crew was on site, on time, and completed all work efficiently and as requested. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

Tyler Jones is helping me keep the large Slver Maple next to my house by trimming and cabling it, where the goal is to keep the tree in good condition as long as possible. The crew that trimmed and cabled the tree was respectful. And I was happy to see the crew using headsets to communicate. Bartlett was one of three companies that visited my property and Bartlett's Tyler Jones was the only person who was willing to discuss the tree's condition and possibly saving it or taking it down. The original decision was to remove the tree but since it's my air conditioning on the south side of my house, Tyler was asked to come back to look at the tree again, and the decision was changed to trimming and cabling. I will recommend Bartlett because I think the arborists care about the trees and will help the property owner make an educated decision.

We are going into our second year as customer's of Bartlett Tree Experts. We initially contacted Bartlett because we wanted knowledgeable, safe, and licensed people to cut down some of our trees. When meeting Brian Duvall we were exceptionally pleased by his knowledge, skill, and personality. Not only does he know about trees, he knows about many other plants in our landscaping. He knows about diseases and insects that can harm our plants, the right soil conditions for them, the nutrients they need, and the proper way in which shrubs should be pruned, he knows what needs to be done so we have healthy plants. As for the crew, they are professional, careful, pleasant, and determined to do a good job. They make sure all dirt and debris has been cleaned up before they leave. While we do not have as much a personal relationship with the crew as we do with Brian, I can say they have earned our faith and trust in their abilities.
