Service was great from the very first interaction. My call was returned promptly, she was very helpful and friendly. The arborist came to look at my trees within a day or two. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional, giving me tips and facts about all my property. I appreciated that ,while he told me all that should be done to protect my shrubs and trees, there was no extreme pressure to do it all at once.Timing for the Treatment was critical, and the crew to do the treatments came out promptly, within the necessary time frame. Every person I came in contact with was pleasant, professional, and helpful. They also were great at communicating, keeping me informed at each step, and responded very quickly to me when I emailed or had questions. Could not have asked for better service. Charges were not cheap, but definitely within reason and competitive, their experience, knowledge, courtesy, and timeliness are worth every penny. Still have pruning to be done and am anxious to see how that goes.
