Glenn came on November 2, 2021 and did an excellent job of trimming bushes and clearing Autumn foliage. I always experience a certain level of anxiety when we have contractors at the house. In this particular case that anxiety was compounded by the possibility of a large branch doing heavy damage to the home if handled improperly. I need not have worried. We are new homeowners in the area and we had concerns about some of the trees on our property. I contacted Bartlett tree services and they sent Zach to our home within a couple of days. Zach was very friendly and seems very knowledgeable about the trees on our property. He took his time to survey the yard with me and came back a few days later with a treatment plan. So far the treatments for our trees have been going well and I plan on continuing to use Bartlett as needed for future care.

Zack came to our home in late fall to discuss having our Maple tree pruned. An appointment was set but had to be postponed due to snow that had fallen a day or two before our appointment but it was quickly rescheduled to a date and time that was good for us. The young lady in the office was very friendly and answered a question or two that we had. I would recommend Bartlett. The crew of three arrived at 12:30 pm on the appointed day. Phil and two other men were here. All very friendly and courteous. They double checked what we wanted done to have our tree pruned. They went right to work and finished quickly. They were here for ninety minutes and left our yard as they found it. Yes, I would recommend Bartlett to friends and neighbors if they needed work done as we did.
