What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?nothing. Overall, quick response in getting the estimate and service completed for the tree removal. Taylor was friendly and gave me the information I needed to fix the problem I was having. I was shocked, they came quickly to remove the tree that was leaning and ready to fall over. It was so difficult getting tree service done in a timely fashion. I was very happy.

I just want to say your men were wonderful right from the start. As a former firefighter, EMT Ret. The safety procedures in itself were an indication of your company's professionalism. Chocking truck wheels, safety cones, helmets, safety strong and clean up.eye glasses, too. You are definitely not a fly by night operation.

The representative came as scheduled to survey the site and job. He was knowledgeable, thorough in his explanations, and recommendations, and answered all of my questions. The crew that came out to do the work was great, easy going, focused, professional, and seemed to work very well together. They confirmed the work to be done, checked with me as needed as they progressed, and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. The job was completed in really good time, the clean up was great, and they communicated well with my neighbors. The tree that received the trimming and cabling really looks good. The other tree that was to be cut down was taken down as requested. A perfect experience, from start to finish.

Whenever I need quality, professional tree care I reach out to Zach Ainslie at Bartlett Tree. Zach is very knowledgeable about every tree variety and type and is able to provide expert guidance for each. The cost estimate is turned around quickly and Zach provides a timeline for when the work will be done. Bartlett has always completed the work within the estimated timeframe. The crew that comes to do the work is extremely well trained and knows exactly what needs to be done. Every crew that has been here has also been very courteous and professional. In January, the crew arrived just as I was leaving for an appointment. I spoke with them briefly and thanked them in advance for the great work because I knew the work would be great even before they got started. Whether it's been pruning or tree removal (Bartlett has removed, among other things, 5 huge maple trees and stumps) the work is professional, done exactly as promised, and there's never a mess left behind. I would never consider using any other tree service. Thank you!
