I had major storm damage from large tree branches and trees down on my property, shed, and truck. My driveway was completely closed off due to large branches, unable to use my vehicles. I called the city of Bethlehem, was told I would be added to the list. I called Bartlett at 6:30 am and was able to leave a message on their emergency service number. I received a call back by 7 am and Taylor was on site after 8 am. I had an estimate from Taylor and Workers on site and started removal by mid morning. Everyone was understanding of my situation. Efficient, kind, and courteous. The front yard was cleaned up, driveway opened and able to use my truck by late afternoon to pick up my dog after her surgery. Neighbors inquired who I had for cleanup because everything looked great. They returned the next day with bigger equipment to finish the job. They returned after the weekend to do the backyard and remove trees off the shed. Taylor and staff were great. If I left messages she returned my calls promptly, answered my questions, and were very helpful. Thank you for helping during this unexpected and stressful event. Your service is excellent.

Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the woman who answered the phone at Bartlett when I called the office to report storm damage in my yard, but she sprung into action like a super hero! Within ninety minutes, The always expert, helpful, and courteous Brian Duval was assessing the damage to the tree lying across my backyard and the rather extensive cleanup was completed the same afternoon.The Bartlett team always does a superb job and I am comfortable having them on my property, which is an important element for me. The gentlemen pruning and cleaning up were wonderful and I have recommended Bartlett without hesitation. Thank you to all who made the absolute mess in my yard magically disappear. You are the best.

Your team did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. Took them about an hour from start to finish to trim the three trees. And it looked like they sincerely cared about how they cut the branches. The trees look much better now. I wish Bethlehem city had hired you guys to trim them to clear space for the electric lines to go through. Our beautiful Red Maples were butchered by the Asplundh Tree Expert Company that did the job probably five years ago. It was so sad to see the trees so assaulted. But, we had no say over it. They just showed up one morning and hacked them.

Zack Ainslie was excellent, he spent two visits with me marking what and where he would trim our street trees, probably a total of five hours. He also educated me on tree care and where to trim to maintain proper tree health. Before the actual work was done he once again went over every thing with the additional four team members and myself. The crew split up into two teams and did exactly what was expected and cleaned up all debris. They also took away tree stakes and wire from all street trees not just ones that were trimmed. Overall exceeded my expectations. I told Zack we would use Bartlett in servicing our retirement community in the future.
