Everyone at Bartlett was nice to work with, professional but very friendly. The arborist who initially came to my house, immediately identified the tree problem and recommendations for hopefully saving the tree. He also said there was a fifty fifty chance the tree could not be saved. There were no exaggerated promises and I appreciated that. I decided to go ahead with a treatment plan and hopefully the tree will be saved. When the men came to do the pruning, they did it with skill. At the end, they cleaned up very nicely. I recommended Bartlett to a neighbor and also my sister.
