James Johnson is extremely knowledgeable about trees and bushes. That is why I decided to use Bartlett again. I had wanted to cut down the Juniper and branches of the Peach tree and he told me right away to leave it alone because it might get ruined. He explained why I can not just cut anything whatever way I wanted because of the health of the tree and bushes. I thought this was very helpful and educational and I knew he was not just here to take my money and do as much so the company could make more. He really cares about how the outcome of the trees look like and the future health of them. He was always punctual, courteous, and considerate. He kept me in the loop when the workers came to let me know exactly what they were going to do before and what they were going to do after they were done. The workers were very courteous and efficient. I was happy that they cut these invasive vines so short and in a way that they still did not grow back. I had hired another tree company a few years ago that did the same work but everything grew back by the end of summer. You could tell it was going to grow back because I saw sprouts popping up a week later. The work far exceeded my expectations and I will continue to use Bartlett in the future.

My experience with Bartlett was nothing short of delightful. James was extremely pleasant, professional, and patient while being informative, innovative, and flexible. He sent comprehensive estimates to me immediately after our site visits, even coming out twice to our property to ensure we were all clear about the scope of work proposed. He has been both attentive and responsive. Frances was equally pleasant and amenable. The crew was proficient and diligent in performing their work expertly and meticulously, including leaving our property neater and cleaner than they had found it. You could see how well they worked individually and together, and what true professionals and craftsmen they were. They needed to move various lawn items and replaced them in the same locations, they raked leaves that had fallen, they removed all waste materials and left the property looking trim and clean. General Comments: I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the administration of Bartlett, and the pleasant little touches such as my Thank You card. It has been an enjoyable experience working with the Arborist, Administrative Staff and Crew. The Crew are experienced craftsmen who know their trade and perform beautiful work. My husband and I would like to commend one of your employees, Elliott Kraus, for a job well done. We had been awaiting availability of the machine to grind a very larger stump. We were not home the morning of August 16th but Elliott persevered in trying to contact us in order to complete the job that day. He was courteous, professional, and went out of his way to minimize any damage to existing landscape. On a particularly brutal hot day, he made numerous attempts to remove as much debris equal to the maximum capacity of his truck. We were a bit trepidatious about the job since we are at the end of a cul-de-sac with a narrow egress to the back yard. We need not have been concerned; Elliott managed everything quite well.
