Extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. Scheduling was easy and quick, for the initial estimate and the first part of the work tree crew. Jason answered all emails within the same day, and shared in depth knowledge of the trees on our property, which made us more confident in the services to be provided other companies recommended just hacking down the trees. Jason understood that we wanted to preserve their beauty and maintain our yards privacy, and explained how to keep the trees healthy and alive. Overall 10/10 experience with Bartlett and the team. It was a pleasure to watch the work being done by a very efficient crew. The climber was particularly careful in the dropping of the branches around the many utility wires running from the street lines to the house. Steve is a marvel to watch taking off one branch at a time. He knows the job. Thank you all.
