He is ace with communication and is never unavailable. Basically unheard of these days. Joe, the technician is incredibly professional as well. Never has a team worked so seamlessly to ensure that not only the trees, but the landscape they live in stay healthy and protected. From tree removal from storm damage to planting and caring for new trees, pruning, soil care, insect and disease management this list is exhaustive. Jason has worked closely with his crew, his technician Dave, who is also wonderfully knowledgeable and with Dr. Beth, who I was able to meet when she and Jason came to check the progress of our favourite old growth Oak tree following Bartlett's root invigoration program. The tree has since shown new growth and we couldn't be more pleased. This team has also come up with an innovative way to treat some ailing Beech Trees we have. These are people that love trees as much as we do, it is not just a job for them. We have great communication with Jason whether it be for a scheduled job or a quick question. He always answers right away no matter how small the matter may be. He and his team provide expert scientific tree care and go to great lengths to assess a problem and come up with a solution. Because of this we have beautiful, and more importantly, healthy trees. We feel lucky to be in such good hands with Jason and his team of experts. We always have a conversation prior to Jason laying out the best plan of action for our tree care to review before any work takes place. Whenever they complete a job they always finish before the specified time period and leave our property cleaner and neater than it was when they arrived. Jason and his team at Bartlett are a class apart from any we used prior to finding them. Their work is high caliber, efficient, and unparalleled. They take time for their clients and are genuine.
