My representative, Logan was exceptional. He cares about trees and was knowledgeable and spent the time answering questions and explaining tree growth and needs. Crew members Tom, Tim, and Kevin also spent the time answering questions and were personable. I felt all four of them knew their stuff and were proud of their work. I think helping homeowners who want to save trees and work toward establishing natural habitats of native plants underneath trees might be a goal for the company as a whole to support. That is my goal, and I could not get the same kind of support to do this from other tree companies that want to cut down the Tulip Poplars because for some reason they see them as bad trees. Moreover, Logan is attaching brass tags to my trees that have been wired. This is a helpful indicator and part of a legacy map that I want to leave for a future homeowner of this property.
