Your company, under the direction of Jon Couling, carried out a very well executed removal of an Oak tree from our garden. I commend to you the manner in which the work was carried out in a most efficient way. This tree was no modest size tree, but a great and vulnerable Oak tree, and being located as it was in a domestic garden away from any reasonable access, it required the use of a crane to lift the cut timber out of the garden. The men responsible for the climbing and cutting impressed us by their competence. In all, although it was very expensive for us, we were left with the impression of a job well done. Bartlett have cared for this tree across the years, trimming and shaping it to our complete satisfaction, demonstrating your claim to be "Tree Experts".
