The arborist and climber were in constant communication evaluating from both the ground and the tree about what branches to remove to open up the canopy and reduce the weight potential for storm damage. Kevin was excellent to work with. We walked the property together and he discussed every tree and shrub with me. He told me what might need treatment and pruning and why. Why other trees were fine as is. The crew and crew leader were excellent as well. They also went over everything that would be done each day. We called Bartlett about a Japanese Dogwood that appeared to be dying. Joe Bayer from the Dublin office came out and made some suggestions. Joe is very personable and in the end we asked him about several of our trees. Then came the huge positive surprise, no charge for the visit. We will certainly use Bartlett in the future.
