Michael Falciola is always available to come and look at any problem tree or shrub, he is is always able to address whatever issue we have. From a major case of needle cast on a group of evergreen trees to a fungus on many shrubs and several other issues including treating ticks in the yard. Bartlett arrived as scheduled and completed the work expected, neatly, and thoroughly. Our Norway Maple was lightly trimmed and cabled, and a dead bit was removed. Our dogwoods were treated, as was the Norway Maple, and our really old azaleas were trimmed of their dead wood. It is really important to me that our small yard and wildlife be cared for and maintained, and I appreciate that Bartlett assists me in this capacity in an environmentally sensitive manner.
