What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?Nothing comes to mind. The work was completed quickly and the result exceeded our expectations. Clean-up was so thorough it seemed the crew had not even been here. Aaron was extremely helpful and the crew went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work. When I asked them to cut a couple of additional branches, they very readily did so. I would not hesitate to recommend Bartlett to any one needing your services.

What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?Absolutely nothing. Your crew was excellent. They were courteous, efficient, responsive, thorough, and just plain excellent. Aaron, you and your crew always provide excellent service. I am always so pleased with the end result of their work. All your crew members were very nice and really did a superb job. I remember two names, Kevin and Jack. Kevin was, I believe, the lead and did a great job organizing everyone to get the work completed efficiently. Jack was so receptive and responsive to my neighbor’s request to somehow prune the Oak tree to provide them more light in their yard. He explained what he could do to help and then pruned accordingly. Also, I know that cutting down the ugly California Lilac in the front yard was not a big deal, but I really appreciated them taking on that last minute request. I am delighted, as always, with the work done. Thank you.

Everyone is always so friendly. I appreciate that Bartlett responds to a job request no matter how small. I have tried in the past to get people out to do a job but they are very unreliable. Our arborist for the last two years has been Donovan Neelin and we have found him to be very courteous, accommodating, and easy to work with. Josh, Steve, and Alec did a great job pruning all the shrubs in our front yard while Gareth was doing the difficult job of pruning our side of our neighbors's very large Holly hedge. They did a fabulous job and the hedge has never looked better, especially the job they did lowering the top. Bartlett Tree Experts can be very proud of these crew member. One of my friends gave me Bartlett's name. They had a large tree taken out of their yard and the crew left the yard in a very clean manner. I was impressed with Donovan coming around and looking at the job that should be done. The branches were dropping cones and needles onto my car and cost me several hundred dollars to repair the sunroof. Since the job, there are hardly any needles. Service was beyond our expectations. Trevor advised us of our options and the tree removal crew of Buzz and Kelson paid particular attention to all the other trees and plants in the yard. They also took care to remove debris from our neighbors yard as well as clearing our yard and driveway.
