Brian Frierson and all other staff members that I have experienced have been very professional and knowledgeable. By far Bartlett is the best tree service that I have dealt with. What I like most about Bartlett is they have certified arborists to diagnose and explain what is potentially wrong. In many cases they can offer a solution to the problem rather than just cutting the tree down. Many other tree services do not have this knowledge or experience so they just tell you that the tree must be cut down.
