It is so clear that your staff know what they are doing, and everyone from schedulers, to Brian, to trimming crew, were immediately responsive, friendly, smart, and respectful. What a great company. Brian was amazing, had the problem nailed in about three minutes. GAVE US Gave us options and percentages of success. I love that. Educates and makes sure we understand pros and cons before going further, and spending more money. The crew chief for the trimmers did the same thing. These folks rock.

Can not say enough positive things about this company. We have a six-year-old kousa Dogwood that the Lincoln County water department basically destroyed, delaying three weeks to fix a leak from the main line, on their side, at the time of the extremely low temps in Dec 2022. The tree not only suffered from the low temp, but then was swamped with extremely cold water for weeks. Bartlett was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, immediately responded to my requests, first sending out a terrific arborist to diagnose the issues and help us plan, and then sending tree trimmers. Both made sure we were making an informed decision as we try to save the tree, providing objective pros and cons, noting our chances are probably less than 25%, although we are giving it a shot anyway. One of the most responsive, professional, competent company with whom we have ever worked.
