He has overseen the care of my heavily treed yard for at least two years now, from pruning recommendations, to tailored fertilization schedules, to tree removals when needed. Alex's expertise and that of the Bartlett team including superb technician, Stephen, have improved the health of numerous sizable trees and 11' holly bush rows planted more than forty years ago by a previous owner. We found Bartlett when our seventy year old sycamore had the root system badly damaged during a construction project. About 50% of the roots had been cut through, an we were incredibly upset. We were sure the tree was going to die, but the arborist at Bartlett put together a comprehensive plan to save it. Five years later, it is still standing as one of the tallest, most beautiful trees in our neighborhood. We are so thankful for the attention and care Bartlett has provided, and for their wonderful, kind arborists and office staff. In addition, Bartlett is one of the most reliable service providers I have ever worked with. They keep up with the needs and health of our tree without fail, and I never once have had to worry about being upsold for services we did not need.
