I was impressed with the skill I saw in removing the one hundred fool tall Beech tree. The crew demonstrated their understanding of safety procedures. The crane operator was extremely skilled in working around a relatively tight area. The equipment has been properly maintained which is a sign of professionalism. The crew took the time to explain what they were doing and the timing. The arborist took the time to really examine my tree and although still alive and to an uninformed person, still looked healthy, was on a short time before it became high risk due to several lightning strikes. He was not trying to sell me, I will use your service again and recommend you to others.

Thanks for the service recently provided. The removal of the dead tree in my back yard was not so notable however, the location was tricky. The crew had to use the neighbors driveway which was long and narrow with very little room for error. There was a rickety old wooden fence which had to be navigated and the truck had about six inches on both sides to get trough. Great job for the leader who drove the cherry picker through that gauntlet.

Your two man team was great. They did an awesome job on dropping the trees and cleaning up the brush. Both were very professional and respectful, could not ask for a better experience. Just waiting on the stump grinders to come out so we can finish the job. Even though Bartlett was having issues with equipment being down and juggling that between projects, your team had not let that impact the customer any. I commend the Bartlett team for that.
