I will give a special shout out to the lead crew member. While pruning one of the Crabapple trees, a young bird fell out of its nest in a branch that was not being pruned. This gentleman scooped up the bird (with gloves on), checked it out, and climbed the tree and returned the bird to its nest. The next day, I could still see the healthy chick begging momma for food. That is what going the extra mile looks like, at least when it comes to the wildlife.

Arborist, Payton Johnson, came to my residence and examined my Rose Hill Ash. It is forty five years old and was horribly out of shape. She made recommendations for pruning the tree and getting it back into shape. She gave a very fair and reasonable estimate. The Bartlett crew showed up on time and did an expert pruning job. The best pruning this tree has received. While they were there, I had them prune a forty-five-year-old Magnolia. Again, the price was extremely fair and reasonable. They completely cleaned up the site. I am a fan.

Bartlett Tree Experts pruned five of my Bradford Pear trees yesterday. And they did a wonderful job in removing damaged branches, prevented crowding, and crossing the limbs, while maintaining the desired shape and size of the trees. My neighbor also thought that the trees afterwards looked fantastic. They are a good company, in fact, experts in pruning, using the proper equipment, to reduce the risk of branch splitting and falling, destroying the tree, which is a common structural problem of Bradford pear trees. I appreciated their work and expertise.

I have been a customer of Bartlett Tree for four years now. Guy Fortner is extremely knowledgeable and saved my sixteen plus Arborvitae tree, Green Giants when a "Lawn care" company claimed they had arborist on staff. The trees were almost killed by that company. Guy came out and assessed our poor trees and saved every one of them. The crew for the tree service are so good at what they do. All our trees have never looked better. Bonus, their price is way better than the imposters who took no responsibility for what they did. I recently had Guy provide his opinion on some tree pruning for our Magnolia Tree, River Burch, and others. Suggested cabling for our Gum tree, glad, he pointed out the V growth and saved it from splitting in the future. The crew was on time, so professional and polite. They did excellent work, and we are so pleased with the outcome. The Magnolia has never looked so good and "balanced." Clean up was perfect, nothing left behind, and even our grass looked better. The professionalism and knowledge of a true arborist are priceless. Bartlett never disappoints.

I was impressed with the skill I saw in removing the one hundred fool tall Beech tree. The crew demonstrated their understanding of safety procedures. The crane operator was extremely skilled in working around a relatively tight area. The equipment has been properly maintained which is a sign of professionalism. The crew took the time to explain what they were doing and the timing. The arborist took the time to really examine my tree and although still alive and to an uninformed person, still looked healthy, was on a short time before it became high risk due to several lightning strikes. He was not trying to sell me, I will use your service again and recommend you to others.

Thanks for the service recently provided. The removal of the dead tree in my back yard was not so notable however, the location was tricky. The crew had to use the neighbors driveway which was long and narrow with very little room for error. There was a rickety old wooden fence which had to be navigated and the truck had about six inches on both sides to get trough. Great job for the leader who drove the cherry picker through that gauntlet.

Your two man team was great. They did an awesome job on dropping the trees and cleaning up the brush. Both were very professional and respectful, could not ask for a better experience. Just waiting on the stump grinders to come out so we can finish the job. Even though Bartlett was having issues with equipment being down and juggling that between projects, your team had not let that impact the customer any. I commend the Bartlett team for that.
