He discussed the job before starting and did not mind when I asked questions and looked at the work they were doing. He listened to my ideas and if we both agreed he would cut here and there to make the job just right. Madelyn and Paige were cheerful and thorough. If I get a choice in the future I would pick this crew hands down. Also appreciated Brian scheduling the tree pruning in the fall rather than early spring. He is a very thoughtful caring arborist who was willing to discuss pros and cons of what needed pruning.

Brian was extremely thorough, he took me around all the major trees in the yard showing me what I could do to keep them healthy. Jason Heizer was the best contractor I have ever worked with. Jason thoroughly examined our grounds and made comments on types of trees we had, background on the trees, and exceptional interest in assisting us in making better choices for our shrubbery and trees, especially my favorite tree in the back. While we are not always at home when your crew member treats our trees and shrubs, he does contact us in a timely manner in response to any questions we may have about the treatment we had received. In the past we have had trees trimmed and taken down. The crew is always very easy to deal with and responsive. Cleanup is always done and they leave our property neat and tidy.
