Mr. Nance is very thorough and knowledgeable. He is punctual. His proposal was detailed, explained all tasks and provided separate quotes for a couple of options I wanted to consider. The crew completed the work within the promised schedule. They were well equipped and knowledgeable. Care was taken to use safety equipment and procedures. Bob Nance was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and knowledgeable. He took his time evaluating our old tree leaning over the lake and determined it was healthy and worthy of removing the decay at the top. The service was later performed by two young gentlemen, again very cordial and knowledgeable, who climbed the tree using a series of rope supports to safely manage their way through the upper branches to position themselves to safely do the surgery. A job well planned and executed.
