Could not be better. Very happy that climbing arborists worked on the Maple so I did not have a bucket truck on my lawn. The naturalistic pruning of the Hollies retained their appearance while protecting roof, eaves, and soffit. Was also very nice to have your trainer on-site who graciously answered a question about tree-shopping. D.W. had wonderful suggestions for native trees much needed to replace vast expanses of lawn.

Not with Bartlett Tree Experts. I have never had service go way beyond what I hoped for. D.W. Coble is very knowledgeable and conscientious about his job. He got rid of the fungus that was destroying my Crêpe Myrtles and gave me great advice on other plantings in my yard. He even stopped by to check on the trees without me asking. Thank you DW. My daughter lives in Chesapeake and Bobby Nance represents her area. I asked him to check out one of her trees, and he gave her expert advice and inspected her plantings and made recommendations. She said that he was amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Bobby for helping my daughter. I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts as they are the best.

To be fair your staff has been nothing but customer service oriented and charitable. I note that as your are servicing Hero Kids Foundation 501(c)3 here in Suffolk, Virginia. As such your staff takes the time to help us understand what we have, how to grow it from helping them to live, to being sustainable for the community we serve, to be able to come out and pick fruit from the trees. If I was to note, anything, they could do better, spend more time at Hero Kids Foundation. Mr. Coble is exceptional and takes the time to teach this old knuckle dragging Pollock to be a better steward to our Orchards. He has also taken personal time to come out and help Hero Kids Foundation and anytime he can assist he notes it is due to the company he works for wanting to impact the community and do so with groups and nonprofits that focus on just that. Mr. Cobb is an impressive young man with an excellent energy to serve.

Mr. Nance is very thorough and knowledgeable. He is punctual. His proposal was detailed, explained all tasks and provided separate quotes for a couple of options I wanted to consider. The crew completed the work within the promised schedule. They were well equipped and knowledgeable. Care was taken to use safety equipment and procedures. Their tools were quiet battery powered type. I was very pleased with their work.

Bob Nance was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and knowledgeable. He took his time evaluating our old tree leaning over the lake and determined it was healthy and worthy of removing the decay at the top. The service was later performed by two young gentlemen, again very cordial and knowledgeable, who climbed the tree using a series of rope supports to safely manage their way through the upper branches to position themselves to safely do the surgery. A job well planned and executed.
