Bobby uncovered an infestations of our Japanese Red Maples that landscaper and lawn care professionals had previously missed and explained the appropriate measures to stop and control through special spraying. Bobby was very pleasant and fun to talk to about everything from our trees and shrubs. When Fernando came out to spray our Maple trees he did an outstanding job, and we have been impressed with the outcome with the bugs and Japanese beetles that it has killed. Bobby Nance called me on Tuesday October 6th to let me know that he would send a crew out to my house on Wednesday October 7th to prune and trim my shrubs. Bobby told me around 1pm, but the guys showed up around 11:30. Their names are Jake and Chris. They pruned and trimmed the shrubs and cleaned up the debris to my liking. I am very satisfied with their work. The shrubs now look the way they did when Bobby himself used to trim them. Not only did Jake and Chris professionally trim the shrubs, but they were also pleasant, courteous, and talkative, during the visit. That goes a long way in my book. In short, I am happy with the trimming and pruning work as well as Jake’s and Chris's professionalism. I will continue to use Bartlett for my landscaping and maintenance needs.

At the time of stay-at-home orders due to the coronavirus, not only do we have to care for our own health and well being, but for our outdoor environment. We put our trust in Bartlett to care for that which we ourselves cannot care for at this time. Guided by Bobby Nance, a crew converged on our property and addressed the problem of a major overhanging tree limb, which in any given storm could take out our entire backyard. Each of the men on the ground was responsible for managing his individual rope and the climber perched high above, worked his chainsaw. As the hours passed, the branch was carefully brought to the ground. The job was completed. The yard appeared untouched. Thank you to all the men and women in the communities who brave the services which we ourselves cannot perform.
