Jason gave a very informative lecture to the EB Forum. We booked with your office staff who got things going quickly and efficiently. Following that Bobby arrived and helped us figure out what needed to be done to our Crepe Myrtles. He was knowledgable and thorough with his explanations. Next came the crew, very nice people who obviously knew what they were doing, and listened to our concerns and changes. To a person, everyone we encountered with Bartlett clearly love what they do, and it is quite clear the business model is one where everyone feels valued, because otherwise you would be able to tell in their work and responses. The crew did everything they could to be respectful of the plantings in my yard. There was damage to some of the plants, but no more than is to be expected from having large limbs removed from above a perennial border. All were respectful, courteous, and efficient. Even removed bags of other plant material I had in the yard while they were at it.

The crew did a fantastic job. It was a difficult project to prune these trees in front of our house right next to the street, and to do so using a new design. They rang the doorbell before they started, and offered to let me check the progress and give input. Wow. The trees look so elegant and artistic. The new design is courtesy of Bobby Nance, the arborist who is absolutely terrific. I can not praise Bobby enough. He listened to my concerns about the trees, twice. He suggested a new design, reducing lower canopy significantly, which I had difficulty visualizing. He showed me some examples, and also walked around nearby houses with me to look at alternatives and he explained the implications of replacing the trees. He did not pressure me. His process enabled me to consider all options. It finally dawned on me that I did not want boring English garden style traditional trees in front of my house near the beach, and that I would regret not trying something different and appropriately beach like The trees are so interesting, healthy, and the birds love them. Bobby Nance is a fantastic, creative and thoughtful arborist. Far surpasses my expectations.
