The young lady who provided our most recent service was a champ. It was a very cold, blustery day but that did not stop her from working diligently on the air spading around our Red Maple. She cleaned up the area so well you could not tell she had been there. Polite and hard working. Very impressed.

Bobby Nance was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. I called three arborists to evaluate the trees in my yard. Bobby was the only one of the three that found Ambrosia Beetle holes with sawdust in the branches of two trees, girdling roots on two trees, and aphid damage in leaves on one tree. Without Bobby's knowledge and attention to detail, the trees would not have been treated and damage would have continued. All the members of Chris's crew, who trimmed the trees, and DW, the arborist who worked on the girdling roots and applied the treatments for the beetles and aphids, were very polite and respectful. Everyone was very willing to answer questions.

It was necessary to finally have our Crepe Myrtle trimmed and fertilized. I checked online for a good tree expert and discovered Bartlett Tree and the fact they have been in business since 1907. This was great information right away that this must be a reputable company, and I contacted them. Bartlett's rep, Bobby Nance, came to our home and gave a review of the tree. He then informed what was necessary to make our tree beautiful and healthy again. The crew came on the scheduled date and got right to work after studying what was needed for the trimming. It did not take long before they were finished with the trim and cleanup. It was a job well done, and I was very pleased.
