I have always enjoyed speaking with the staff and working with the tree trimmers at Bartlett. They are all informed, polite, and attentive to the questions I ask. The tree trimming crew works well as a team. The skill, knowledge of the trees, and execution of the trimming is greatly appreciated. They were respectful of the property, answered questions I had, and cleaned the landscape and hard surfaces when they were finished. Heath is knowledgeable, friendly, and schedules the tree work in a timely fashion. His concern for my trees and their health is commensurate with mine. In our initial conversation, he made some excellent suggestions about a few large dead trees on my property and how the falling might impact my home, and the rest of the tree canopy.

Very enjoyable experience, from the job assessment through execution. As previously noted, the crew was exceptional, friendly, engaging, extremely safety conscious as they were climbing and topping the trees. Job executed per estimate. All the top branches were dropped within an incredibly small radius, with no surrounding trees touched. Trunks left in convenient 6-8’ sections so that I can saw and split for firewood as requested.

Heath is an excellent representative for Bartlett. He explained everything and you could readily see he knows his business well. He was personable and made us very comfortable with the process.
