I was impressed by the professionalism of the entire Bartlett crew. They were friendly and courteous, safety-conscious, and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. We had both a tree-climbing team and a bucket truck team. Each team of two had an experienced and less experienced worker teamed together. The more mature workers took their mentorship role very seriously, especially the one guiding a less experienced tree climber. He was focused on his task, despite the audience of my young children peering through the windows at him. A great coach, he was informative, encouraging, and unhurried in his task on teaching the skills needed to safely complete the job. I am very impressed with your company and will be using it again.
