I spoke to a staff member earlier in the year when he came to look at what the problem was. He was very respectful and explained the process well. I was not at home when the staff came to apply treatment to the shrubs and tree. They kept me updated on when they expected to be at my home, communication was very good. No trash or anything was left behind, everything was in good order when I came home from work. I am very happy with the results of the treatment you all gave to my trees and shrubs.The shrubs I can tell a difference already, they are getting greener, and look healthy. The tree was not infested like the shrubs, so of course it does not show like the shrubs do.

Dylan Kerl and his crew were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The crew that comes here every few months to spray our Fruit and Dogwood trees are very polite and do their job without a lot of disturbance. We highly recommend them. We had a very good experience with Bartlett. They addressed the issues we had with our mature trees and took care of the problems.
