Nick was extremely helpful. He provided a competitive quote and very quickly. He is very responsible and easy to talk to. The office staff was also attentive. I called several times about this project and they did not mind answering my questions. The crew was beyond excellent. They stayed focused on their work but were very polite and pleasant when you had a question or spoke to them. These guys are exceptional. We had two large Oak trees removed, one which was almost over the house. We were concerned that our new lawn would not look new anymore and be destroyed. But thankfully that was not the case. It took them one day to complete the job to perfection. No damage in the yard or driveway and not even oil on the street where the equipment was parked. And the shape of the trees is beautiful. We feel blessed we found Bartlett. They took great care of our home and we will definitely recommend them and use them again.
