As far as the work performed, and the gentlemen doing it, outstanding. Nick Turco, a courteous, professional, tree specialist. Nick walked our yard with us, patiently listened to us, and made his observations. He put together a plan for addressing the needs of our trees and large shrubs, and verbally communicated it to us. Later, he put together a written formal proposal with pricing which we signed off on. He has monitored and communicated to us each treatment step to be taken, and who would be performing it. Ken did our first treatment, which was deep root fertilization of specified plants. Ken was courteous, professional, and efficient. Luke did our second treatment, which was a root invigoration of our two established Maple trees. Luke was also courteous, professional, and efficient. One thing in particular, that I appreciated, was the study that he seemed to put into his work before, during, and after treatment of each tree. I liked what both of these men did, and how they did it. My trees and shrubs said Ahhhh. We are about halfway done at this point, and pleased with all that has been done. We look forward to the next portion of Nick's plan. I know good things will come from all of this. After all, the work is by The Bartlett Tree Company.

Nick Turco was very responsive to our urgent call for assistance after a huge tree fell from our yard into the neighbor’s. The crew members Ashley, Alonzo, and Mason did an excellent job removing the huge tree and all debris from next door, as well as removing several dead trees in our yard. Alonzo also did quite a balancing act getting a fallen tree untangled from another tree. The great crew got all work done without anything hitting the fence or house. Thanks so much.

We are satisfied with the pruning Michael and Ben did in our yard. The Contorted Mulberry looks great. Ken came and sprayed for whiteflies and peach scale the next day before the rain came. Luckily Eric spotted the problem when he came to look the job over prior to pruning. Bartlett Tree Experts are truly what the name indicates, they are all experts and also very personable folks.

They were careful of existing landscaping and Jim's partially completed yard projects. They were very professional.
