Nick was respective and showed an interest in what I wanted to accomplish for my Crepe Myrtles. I hate the look of Crepe Myrtles when they are murdered and Nick understood my concerns. When I contacted him about one small limb that I had missed, he quickly sent out a crew to cut it for me. The crew that came out, both times, was great. Nick served as the initial Bartlett Tree contact. His friendly, upbeat manner was refreshing. Nick did a fantastic job explaining the process and what to expect if I hired Bartlett to remove a large,dead, White Oak Tree. After hiring Bartlett Nick served as the liaison between me and the crew on the days leading up to the tree removal. He was the first and last on site the day the tree was taken down. The crew was professional, hard working, approachable, and had the safety of everyone and in mind, including the streets where they had to park all their trucks and equipment. It was a huge ten hour job that went smoothly and the scene was left clean. After witnessing what it took and the logistics involved in removing the tree I was glad to have hired competent people.
