Nick's knowledge, the office staff is friendly, and questions answered or relayed in a timely way, the tree removal crew was absolutely great, protected some small plants near the trees they were taking down, they were polite and friendly and answered my questions and cleaned up so well. I would highly recommend this company for their advise, knowledge, and crew members.

Working with Nick was a seamless process. I was really pleased how quickly he was able to have his crew come take care of the trees. Nick is so knowledgeable and sensitive to home owner concerns, I really appreciated him being on site so early in the morning when the crew got there. I was really impressed with the arborist team. They are true artists, did a beautiful job, cleaned up 100%, had a positive attitude, and really seemed to love their profession and take pride in their work. I was super impressed with Bartlett thanks to great employees who know what they are doing and take good care of the trees and customers.
