Was a great experience working with Brian on mitigating issues with the Ash tree, which was threatening our residence. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The crew amazed me with their expert climbing and rope techniques and completed the job just as outlined in Brian's proposal. Bartlett will certainly be my first choice should it be determined that further work needs to be performed on the three remaining Ash trunks.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Bartlett Tree Friday of last week. Brian was very quick in getting to my house early Friday morning and to get the claim processed. The crew that came out that afternoon to remove that large limb was very polite and did such a wonderful job in cleaning up all of the debris. My yard actually looks better than it did before the storm, as they raked and blew all of the sawdust, leaves, and small branches from the yard, sidewalk, and the neighbor's driveway before leaving. I can only remember three names: Justin, Antonio and Michael, so I'd like for you to at least know what a great job they did.
