Todd, the arborist, was very informative about the project and scope of the job. He spent considerable time in evaluating the Live Oaks that we have on our property. Todd worked with me in Bartlett's schedule, so that I could be on site. John and his crew were talented in how they tackled the work presented to them. John discussed how he foresaw the project and what limbs would need to be pruned. The crew showed up on time and accomplished the work in the allotted time frame. I was surprised by the amount of limb removal they accomplished, represented by the volume of shredding needed. The trees after pruning look better than before. Afterwards, the crew cleaned up like nothing occurred that day. They even did a little more than expected, catching some of my normal Live Oak leaf droppings. The crew had a great attitude. The were concerned about my golf cart parked in a cutting area and asked that I move it, not to take any chances. John knew a good bit about the trees, giving me advice on the one that was shedding its bark.
