Bartlett is always excellent. The crew leader saved me from myself. I want the foundation plants in front of the porch to be my height, but I know that would kill them. He took time and beautifully trimmed them correctly and they are safe for another year. Doing this in January would have been perfect but rain got in the way. Put us on the calendar for next year. All your staff are always warm and personable. Everyone is very respectful and kind, reassuring in those moments when the customer is afraid of losing the roof. Always a pleasure and very knowledgeable about the trees and shrubs. If you did general maintenance and painting I would never call anyone else. Meaning that dealing with your operation is a pleasure. Your crews leave the property better than they found it and are tidy, polite, and a pleasure to deal with.

Travis is an excellent representative for your company. He says what he does and he delivers. The job was completed exactly as described and I could not have been happier with my choice to use Bartlett Tree Service. I was amazed at how the tree cutters performed their work as they corralled the tree to be cut down and then began at the base with the cuts and then slowly danced with the tree to bring it safely and securely between my house and neighbors. Clearly, you have excellent tree cutters who know what they are doing. Many thanks. I actually saw one of the workers sweeping up wood specks and using a dustpan to put them in trash receptacle they hauled away. My neighbor's love the new look at my house - so much cleaner looking.

I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with Bartlett's work, especially Jared. He has been a treasure to work with. He's competent, thorough, cooperative, and pleasant. Really, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Many residents have commented on how brave (that's dangerous work), fast (I thought it would take all day but they were done in no time) difficult (I had no idea what all they had to go through) and conscientious (they cleaned up so nicely). So, we're all happy except for the few residents who didn't want the trees down in the first place, but as I'm sure you know, you can't please everyone. Jared's a keeper - don't let him get away. Joe has begun his grinding and is also a pleasure to work with. Thanks for the good work.
