The initial visit from Travis was very helpful and informative He took his time with us, explaining the specific conditions of several trees on our properties and gave us a range of options, with recommendations, for two of the trees that needed to be addressed soon. The guys who came for the work were excellent. They were courteous, did an excellent job, and cleaned up incredibly well. I had initial concerns that some limbs might fall on a nearby walkway and recently added plants. But, they were very careful and the area had almost no impact after they were done. Our arborist was clearly knowledgeable about the different kinds of trees involved and the extent to which we could safely prune them back without risking killing them. We had two different types of work involving taking some trees down completely, as well as cutting some back from the house. Both crews did a fantastic job. They were equipped and competent and, from top to bottom, all courteous and great to work with. I heard one gentle reminder from a supervisor to one of the crew about eye and ear protection so I know he was keeping a good eye on what was going on to make sure work was being performed safely. It was refreshing to work with a company that came when they said, did what they said they would, and charged what they quoted. The attitude of everyone we had contact with made it a pleasure to work with them all. The great recommendations for related work outside Bartlett's capability, such as a sawyer, were an extra bonus. The house is much safer without the huge branches on the roof and the property looks much better. Thank you very much.
