I have been very pleased with all of my interactions with Bartlett Tree Experts. Everything was explained to me and all of my questions answered by Dan Clemson when he came to assess what needed to be done. On the morning of the service, the crew members discussed the work with me to ensure everything was done the way I wanted. Everyone on the crew was very pleasant and wanted to answer my questions. They worked efficiently and best of all when the crew left you could not tell that any tree work removal of a big tree and multiple large dead branches had been done. The cleanup really exceeded my expectations.

Brad and the crew were excellent: they were courteous, attentive and very, very careful. It was a pleasure to watch them work, and to see the results. Bryan Lowrance was also attentive and responsive in our initial conversations and then in working out a schedule during a busy time for him and the firm. It took three patient visits to get all of the work done. The crew did not work when tired, and I was impressed with that. The final work was precarious, high and near the house.
