The crew introduced themselves on arrival, walked with me to look at the tree branches that needed removal, and began work immediately. Before they finished, I asked them if I had to stay and sign anything, as I had to take my husband to a medical appointment. They assured me that it was unnecessary for me to stay. They finished everything within forty minutes, as we were leaving. All the cuttings, leaves and twigs were removed. The only way one would know they had been there is the absence of the broken branches in our Maple tree. Well done.
