Our Bartlett rep Garrett was very knowledgeable and courteous and advised a treatment for our Holly bushes with root rot. The tech came the next day to apply the treatment for the Hollies, as well as fertilizer for the garden bed and a treatment for bagworm on our Arborvitaes. So far the Holly bushes look like they might make it (two had not been affected yet and still look good, and the other two that were turning brown look like the treatment has helped). We moved from Connecticut last year, and used one of Bartlett's offices there for work in the past. We have been very happy with Bartlett.

From our initial phone contact through the completion of the job, all Bartlett personnel were great. Garrett Arrived to assess the job site on time, was extremely helpful in describing the job, suggesting solutions, and giving an estimate. The follow up contract was received promptly. After agreeing to the contract an appointment was made. Terry arrived, introduced himself and went right to work. He was fully prepared and the job went efficiently and safely. When completed, the site was cleaned up and left in great shape. Great company to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I was not at home when the crew came to treat the 2 trees. I did call Erika because only one yellow flag had been place at the tree on the right side of the house and no flag at the tree located at the left side. I was concerned that maybe just the one tree was treated. Erica got back with me immediately and assured me both were treated. I can’t say enough about the high quality of customer service that is given on a constant level! That is so difficult to find today! Thank you. ??????????

Garrett was the best. A 300 plus year old Oak tree fell taking out a Cedar tree as well. Within an hour of the first call Garrett was here. In the pouring down rain he and a crew member cut the branches for the Oak tree in the driveway blocking the cars. Driveway was clear enough so we could get out. The next the day the crew was here and two really big trees were removed. Yard and driveway were cleaned up and looked like nothing happened. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Garrett came out looked over my property and we discussed what was needed. I agreed and he said they were about two weeks out. He called about a week later and had a opening that day. Garrett and the crew came out that day and finished the work. Every thing looks great and when they left there was not a twig left behind. Very professional.

The Bartlett crew who performed the actual tree trimming and pruning work were very good. Jonathan Cowherd and his crew have earned my complete trust and confidence with the highest level of care, professionalism, and expertise. I had left Bartlett for a few years after a trusted representative had retired and I was unimpressed by the new one. However since Jonathan took over I have been consistently impressed with his incredible ability to understand the scope of each project as well as plan ahead for new ones. As the owner and manager of a large property with many specimen trees, Jonathan and I have worked closely to secure the future of many trees with a carefully considered inventory. His crew was incredibly knowledgeable and very efficient as well as tremendously skilled at pruning which is something I am extremely picky about. Some are also very talented woodworkers in their own right and have a very bright future.
