I like that Brad keeps in touch with me about what I need and periodically comes to check things out. I do not have to worry about what my trees need as he has it covered. I also like how quickly the response is when I notice some sort of infestation on my trees. I can not care for my trees myself so it is nice to have someone overseeing and taking care of any issues that need addressed.
