Your Arborist, Simon, was awesome. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly how we wanted our trees pruned. He took the time to answer all our questions and also looked at and gave us some advice on a new tree we had just planted a couple of years ago. The crew that came to prune, Bobbie and Nick, were friendly, courteous, and efficient. They did the pruning exactly the way we had discussed it with Simon and when they were done, checked in with us to make sure they had pruned to our satisfaction. They then cleaned up and left our yard and street looking better than when they came. We were very impressed with all three of your staff and will definitely be calling you again in the future. We are very happy with the quote and job that was done.

The staff are very helpful and efficient. On the day I reached out to book an appointment, a survey with Jean was scheduled that same day for him to come and assess our trees. Once the assessment was done an appointment was booked right away. The arborists who worked on our trees were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They kept my in the loop as to what they were doing and allowed me to survey the property once they were finished before departing to make sure I was happy with the work done. I will certainly recommend this survey to folks I know who are looking for work to be done on their trees.

From the very start speaking the office staff the estimator on to the field staff all are professional, courteous, and friendly. I especially appreciated the safety minded crew who set up signs and cones to alert the traffic driving by to the tree removal work. Half Our tree fell down after a crazy windstorm. Bartlett came by that day and took off the top to ensure safety and the next day came back and removed the whole thing. This was our first time having to deal with trees on our property. Jean, our Bartlett Arborist, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He had some great suggestions and he provide information on what was needed to correct our problem. The crew that arrived to do the pruning and removal of a small tree and the individual who fertilized our trees were very efficient and equally friendly. They cleaned up following and were able to answer some additional questions we had. I appreciated that at each step I was contacted beforehand to advise that they were coming the next day. Finally when I was having some issues with the program online I was contacted by Lisa, she was able to assist me in and prompt friendly manner. All the people we dealt with were extremely professional and friendly. We will be recommending Bartlett to any of our friends who are needing help with their trees.

I was amazed at how quickly Bartlett was able to fit me in during such a busy season and what an amazing job they did. You would not have known there was a very large bush in one corner by how low they were able to grind down the stump and how clean it was afterward. The tree pruning is very natural looking and has opened up the space in my small backyard. I will definitely be booking for next spring.
